Lady Eagles Fall To LMU

JEFFERSON CITY, TN-- The Lady Eagles fought LMU's Railsplitters tooth and nail, but fell to LMU, 3-0 (25-30, 32-34, 25-30) in their first South Atlantic Conference match of the 2006 season.
Kelli Sorensen and Melissa Miller paced the Lady Eagle attack. Miller led with 14 kills while Sorensen had 14. Setter Kari Gibson kept the offense flowing with 29 assists while freshman Bruna Rasuck added seven assists. Once again, Haley Bush led the C-N defensive effort with 17 digs.
