JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The 25th-ranked Carson-Newman Eagles play host to 7th-ranked Tusculum College tonight at McCown Field in Jefferson City.
With a win, Carson-Newman would take a big step toward at least a share of the South Atlantic Conference title and another NCAA Tournament berth. The Eagles currently sit at 5-0 in SAC play, a game and a tie ahead of both Tusculum and Newberry.
If the Eagles win, they would need only to split their final two games to take the '08 SAC title.
