GREENWOOD, Ind. – College Sports Communicators released the 2025–2026 CSC Academic All-District At-Large Teams in a release on Tuesday. Carson-Newman had five beach volleyball players earn the honor.
The 2025–26 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Emerson Ahsmuhs (Placentia, Calif.), Ava Fountain Potts (Sebring, Fla.), Trinity Hafey (Grand Junction, Colo.), Paige Halcrow (Oak Ridge, Tenn.), and Addie Smith (Jonesborough, Tenn.) were the five Eagles selected to the list.
"We always emphasize being a student before being an athlete," said head coach Cat Collins. "We want our whole program to excel on and off the sand. We are so proud of the five of them for being great examples of that!"
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.
