Nick Daugherty, Owen Larson, and Elliot MacGregor carded 76s on a hot, breezy day in Greenville.
Daugherty dropped two spots to 11th on day two, sitting at 3-over following the first two rounds. Daugherty matched an early bogey with a birdie and stroked the other seven holes at par, including a stretch of four straight to end the round at 4-over.
The freshman Larson moved up three spots to tie for 21st after day two, sitting at 7-over. He canceled an early bogey with a birdie on the front nine and stroked seven pars to enter the back nine at even-par. Four bogeys added four strokes to Larson's total, but five pars limited the damage to end his day at 4-over.
MacGregor also climbed three spots, tying for 21st at 7-over following his 76-stroke second round. Despite three bogeys on the front nine, the senior birdied and shot five pars to enter the day's final stretch at 2-over. The back nine mirrored the first nine holes as MacGregor bogeyed three times while stroking a birdie and five pars to limit the damage and end the round at 4-over.
Aidan Powter dropped seven spots to 55th, carding an 83-stroke third round to finish the day at 19-over after the first two rounds. The senior carded four holes over par on the back nine, but four pars and a birdie ended his round at 11-over.
Freshman Stefans Spruzs finished the day in 56th, carding an 86 in round two to close the day at 20-over after two rounds.
