2024-25 (Senior): MacGregor competed in all 27 rounds for the Eagles and matched his teammate for a team leading 72.6 average throughout the year. He had four top-20 finishes throughout the year highighted by an outstanding eight-under weekend at the Saint Leo Invite where he placed second overall. His other top-ten finish came at the Music City Invitational where he went three-under on the weekend and tied for sixth. MacGregor shot nine-over in the conference tournament and tied for 18th among the field. His performance throughout the season was good enough to earn him 2nd Team All-SAC.
2022-23: Competing in 28 of the possible 30 rounds, MacGregor was a constant contributor to C-N's lineup throughout his sophomore season. He finished the season with a 74.2 scoring average. His low rounds of the season came in back-to-back tournament opening rounds, a 68 at the Hurricane Invitational on Feb. 27 and another 68 at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate on Mar. 12. Those season-best efforts propelled him to two of his best finishes of the season at those two events, T-17th at the Hurricane Invitational and a T9 at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate. His best finish of the year came in the very first event, a T-6 finish at the Cougar Invitational where he finished 4-over par. He recorded 5 par or better rounds.
2023-24: Played in 18 rounds in his junior campaign, shooting a 74.1 stroke average... Started the season with an impressive 13th-place finish at the 2023 Cateechee Fall Invitational, shooting two 68s to finish at 3-under... Secured his highest placing of the season at the SAC Championships, finishing tied for 4th at 3-over.
High School: Three-sport athlete playing rugby, golf, and soccer... Sixth place finish at College Order of Merit... Accumulated six top-ten finishes along with two wins.
