Eagles Finish 7th at Hurricane Invitational Following a Top-Five Finish and Multiple Low Scores
ALBANY, Ga. – The Carson-Newman men’s golf team finishes the Hurricane Invitational in 7th, following a top-5 finish from Luke Stock and multiple Eagles climbing the leaderboard on day two.

Stock, tied for 4th after the first 36 holes, moved down one spot to tie for 5th after a 74-stroke performance in the final 18 holes. Leading the Eagles, Stock finished the tournament at 1-over par.
Noah Cambridge and Nick Daugherty both came in tied for 23rd, as Cambridge shaved one stroke off his second-round performance with a 74 in the final 18 holes, finishing the event at 6-over. Daugherty, tied for 35th after day one, jumped 12 spots with a tournament-low 72-stroke performance in the final round of tournament play to finish at 6-over.
Elliot MacGregor came in tied for 39th, shooting a 75 in the last 18 holes to finish at 9-over par. Antonio Farinella, tied for 78th after the first two rounds, jumped eight spots to finish tied for 78th with his best tournament round, shooting a 75 in the final 18 holes. With Farinella's lowest score of the tournament, he finished at 70-over.
It'll be a quick turnaround for the Eagles as they prepare to head to the Copperhead Championship in North Palm Harbor, Florida, on Monday and Tuesday to round out the fall season.
