2025 (Senior): The senior midfielder had a career year, scoring six goals and adding three assists for a career-best 15 point season. 12 of those 15 points were in SAC play, where she recorded five goals and two assists. Half of Frick's goals came in her final home game at McCown Field. She recorded the program's first hat trick since 2021 in a 4-0 shutout win over Tusculum. Frick scored penalty kick goals in the 10th and 68th minutes as part of her three-goal game. She will be remembered the most for her elite effort in penalty kick opportunities. Scoring four more penalty kick goals in 2025, Frick ends her career a perfect 11 for 11 from the spot, shattering the program's record that was originally five by Lara Hallgrimsdottir during her four-year career. She ends her Eagles career with 15 career goals, 10 career assists over 65 appearances.
2024 (Junior): She played in all 16 games as a junior, making 14 starts. Frick scored multiple goals for the third straight season, scoring three times as a junior. Her first goal of the year came in a 3-1 win over Coker on Sept 21. Frick's next two goals were penalty kick goals, the first of which made her the program's all-time leader in penalty kick goals with six in her career. The PK goal came in the 22nd minute of a 3-1 loss to Wingate. Her final goal of the year was also a PK in the next game, a 2-1 loss to Anderson on Nov 2. 11 of her 21 shots hit the target for a team best .524. Her 21 shots were the most in a season in her C-N career.
2023 (Sophomore: Frick took her game to another level during her sophomore season and was rewarded with All-SAC Second-Team honors. After just one assist as a freshman, Frick has six in 2023, the sixth most in the SAC. She recorded two in a 4-1 win versus Emory & Henry on Sept 20. Frick's assist against Coker three days later helped the Eagles knock off the Cobras. The midfielder has been one of the more pristine penalty kick takers in program history. Three of her four goals this season have been from via the PK. Frick is a perfect 5-5 on penalty kicks, which is tied for the most penalty kicks made in program history. In the SAC quarterfinals on Saturday, Frick scored the go-ahead goal in the 108th minute to knock off the Trojans and advance Carson-Newman to the SAC semifinals. That goal was Frick's first non-penalty goal of her career.
