Football unveils fall camp schedule
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman's preseason practices are once again open to the public. Carson-Newman football players report for fall camp Aug. 4. Practices begin Aug. 6.
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman's preseason practices are once again open to the public. Carson-Newman football players report for fall camp Aug. 4. Practices begin Aug. 6.
Practices are either at Burke-Tarr Stadium or the practice field adjacent to the Ken Sparks Athletic Conference and McCown Field. Fans should remain in the stands or on the walkways. Fans are also requested not to take photos or videos during the practice sessions.
The Eagles have set media day for Saturday, Aug. 16. The Eagles will scrimmage that day at 9:15 a.m. before head coach Ashley Ingram's press conference at 11:30 a.m. The team has set its annual date to baptize players in Mossy Creek for Aug. 20. The team will participate in the institution's prayer walk the following day at 7 p.m.
