Sinard Moves Up 13 Spots at Regional Behind Monday's 76

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. - Carson-Newman junior Sarah Jane Sinard (Jefferson City, Tenn.) is in a tie for 23rd through two rounds at the NCAA Division II Super Regional Two at Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.
Sinard fired a four-over 76 on Monday to move up 13 spots after struggling to opening-round 85. The South Atlantic Conference champion shot 37-39 on Monday and was the day's biggest mover.
Florida Southern's Heather Burgner and Nova Southeastern's Sandra Changkija lead the tournament at 142 (-2). Newberry's Maria Besio is in third, five strokes back.
The NCAA Division II Super Regional Two is co-hosted by the Sunshine State Conference and the Central Florida Sports Commission. Final round tee times begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Full results can be found on golfstat.com.
