Bio
2023 (Senior): Named to CSC Academic All-District for the second time in her career. Led the team in blocks with 79 as C-N's primary middle blocker. She appeared in all 31 games, starting in 24. She collected a season-high 15 kills in the win over Lincoln Memorial on Sept. 5. Up front, she rejected five opponent attacks five times through the campaign. Earning the feat against Belmont Abbey (Sept. 9), Georgia College (Oct. 14), Virginia-Wise (Oct. 24), Limestone (Nov. 6), and Anderson (Nov. 10).
2022 (Junior): Cobb was named a third-team All-SAC selection and CSC Academic All-District... After playing 35 total sets in 2021, the Greensboro, N.C. native finished 2022 eighth in the SAC in blocks per set (0.89) and 12th in hitting percentage (.298). She had 53 total kills and 12 total blocks in her first two years before moving to the middle this season to post 1.81 kills per set and 102 total rejections. She had four double-digit kill matches and led the team in blocks 23 times... Recorded her first double-digit kill effort of the season with 11 on a .304 hitting margin in a five-set win over North Greenville... Tallied a .556 hitting percentage with 10 kills at Mars Hill on Sept. 13... Reset her career high with 15.5 points bolstered by 10 kills and 5.5 total blocks in a five-set win over Mars Hill on Oct. 25.... Matched her career best with 11 kills on a .333 hitting clip tallying 13.5 points in the SAC semifinals against Tusculum on Nov. 11.
2021 (Sophomore): Played in 15 matches with 35 sets played posting a pair of double-digit kill efforts... Produced seven kills and a solo block in a four-set win over Converse on Sept. 4... Pounded out a team-high 10 kills hitting .600, both setting career highs, in a sweep of UVA Wise on Sept. 25... Reset career highs with 11 kills, five digs and three block assists in a four-set win at UVA Wise on Nov. 13.
Spring 2021 (Freshman): Made her collegiate debut at UVA Wise on March 9 playing in a pair of sets tallying one kill and one dig.
HIGH SCHOOL: Cobb, a freshman from Cornerstone Charter Academy, produced a monster senior season with 395 kills hitting .555 with 76 service aces, 107 total blocks and 89 digs finishing her career with 754 smashes, 187 aces, 183 blocks and 162 digs in her varsity career. A four-time captain, the Tar Heel State native was the Player of the Year as a junior and a senior getting four all-conference nods. She helped the club to a state championship in 2017 as a sophomore. Cobb was a member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club while also swimming. Her mother and her father played basketball at Lenoir-Rhyne.

The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2023 Academic All-District teams on Tuesday afternoon, with Taylor Adams, Emmagrace Cobb, Julia Wheeler, and Skylor Weaver making the selection.
