Bio
Spring 2021 (Senior): Closed out her career playing in 41 of the 42 sets for the season handing out 4.02 assists per set with 71 digs and nine aces... Notched a pair of double-doubles to bring her career tally to 15 starting with 22 assists and 12 digs against Queens on March 5... Added 15 assists and 13 digs on April 3... Crested 20 assists four times bringing her career total to an even dozen.
2019 (Junior): Participated in 16 matches and 52 sets finishing the year with four double-doubles… Started the season with back-to-back double-doubles against King and USC Aiken, the latter seeing a season-high 14 digs… Reset her career high with 26 assists in a five-set win over Emmanuel on Sept. 7… Tallied a career high six aces at Newberry on Sept. 21 adding 22 assists and six digs…In a five set loss to Queens, Rademacher had 24 assists and 14 digs.
2018 (Sophomore): Saw action in all but one match in 2018 producing six double-doubles including one in each of the final three matches of the year… Dished out a season-high 25 assists against Queens on Oct. 27 piling up 17 digs as well… Notched a career-high 21 digs against Lander on Sept. 7 adding a season-best three aces and 19 assists.
2017 (Freshman): Finished second on the team in assists with 203 playing in 25 matches…With 26 assists and 11 digs, the rookie set season highs while posting her lone double-double of the season against Augusta on Oct. 14…Led the team in assists five times.
HIGH SCHOOL: Rademacher holds the school record for assists in a season piling up 847 to lead the Colorado Front Range Conference. She averaged 13.4 assists, 7.6 digs, 4.1 service aces and 2.3 blocks per set. For her club team, the setter helped her team rank first in the RMAC Region while taking fourth place in the Colorado Crossroad's Open Division in 2014. The unit placed 12th in the country at the AAU National Championship Tournament in Orlando, Fla. With a 3.8 GPA, Rademacher is a member of the National Honor Society and an academic team all-star. She worked on the yearbook committee and was a Blue Crew Leader helping freshman transition to high school.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Looking to repeat as South Atlantic Conference Tournament champions, Carson-Newman used late bursts to control Limestone in a sweep, 25-9, 25-16 and 25-12, in the quarterfinals Tuesday evening at Holt Fieldhouse.
In a match that featured 29 tied scores and 15 lead changes, the Eagles fell to Anderson in a hard-fought battle on Saturday, Apr. 3.

HARROGATE, Tenn. – Megan Oldenburger produced the third 20-kill night of her career to join the program’s 1,000-kill club leading Carson-Newman to a five-set, 22-25, 25-20, 20-25, 25-23 and 15-13, victory over Lincoln Memorial in South Atlantic Conference action at Mary Mars Gym.
MARS HILL, N.C. – Four Eagles finished with double-digit kills but it was not enough to outlast Mars Hill in five sets as Carson-Newman dropped its second straight match, 21-25, 25-20, 16-25, 25-19 and 12-15 Saturday at Stanford Arena in South Atlantic Conference play.
HICKORY, N.C. – For the first time in 2021, Carson-Newman suffered a setback falling in straight sets 20-25, 20-25 and 17-25 to Lenoir-Rhyne Friday evening at Shuford Gym despite nine kills apiece from Erin Edwards and Megan Oldenburger.
WISE, Va. – Carson-Newman tallied its highest hitting percentage since Nov. 19, 2019 to extend its winning streak to four matches to begin the year taking down UVA Wise in four sets, 25-16, 25-10, 24-26 and 25-13, Tuesday at the Prior Center in South Atlantic Conference action.
