Eagles nix season opener against Anderson, reschedule matchup with Lee
The start of Carson-Newman women’s soccer season is on hold as the Eagles enter into the South Atlantic Conference's COVID-management protocols
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The start of Carson-Newman women's soccer season is on hold as the Eagles enter into the South Atlantic Conference's COVID-management protocols.
The Eagles were originally scheduled to open the year against the Anderson Trojans on McCown Field next Thursday, Feb. 11. This contest against Anderson will not be made up.
The next scheduled matchup for the Eagles will now be on Thursday, February 18 against the Lee University Flames at 5 pm in Cleveland, Tenn.
