2015-16 (Junior): Honorable Mention All-SAC pick…SAC Player of the Week on Feb. 29…Finished the season 9th in the league with 13.8 points per game, 3rd in the league with 71 made three-pointers while leading the league with 43.8 percent shooting from long distance, a mark that ranked 13th nationally and 8th in assists per game with 3.1 and first in assist-to-turnover ratio with a 1.84 clip…The guard notched 21 double-figure scoring nights including seven nights with at least 20 points...Three times during the year Brooks racked up a career-high 25 points including in the final game of the season at Newberry in the SAC Women's Basketball Championships…The junior finishes the season with 71 converted three-pointers, on behind Ashley Tipton's single-season mark of 72 set during the 2008-09 campaign. In her career Brooks has made 123 three-pointers ranking sixth in school history on the list. She will enter her senior season needing 224 points to reach the 1,000-point club.

2014-15 (Sophomore): Was one of five players to participate in all 30 games with 19 starts averaging 24.7 minutes per night…Averaged 9.1 points, 2.9 rebounds while leading the team with 81 assists…Had 14 double-figure scoring nights including a career-high 24 points on 9-of-19 shooting against Tusculum on January 21…Had 13 nights with at least 3 assists including her first career double-double where she finished with 14 points and 10 assists versus Lincoln Memorial on February 25…Notched a career-high seven rebounds in the SAC Tournament at Catawba on March 4…Set career-highs with four steals on two occasions, November 22 versus Coker and February 11 versus Brevard…Scored in double figures in nine of the final 14 games of the season while dishing out at least three assists seven times in that span

2013-14 (Freshman): Averaged 12.1 minutes per game in 25 contests with one start…Finished third on the team in 3-point field goals made (23) and 3-point percentage (38%)….Scored a career high 14 points on two occasions: November 20 v. Tusculum and December 3 v. Lee…Her other double figure scoring affair came on January 8 v. Mars Hill where she scored 10 points on 4-6 shooting…Played more than 10 minutes on 18 occasions including a career high 26 minutes against December 7 versus Catawba…Put up a career high four assists on four occasions (11/26 at Mars Hill, 1/4 at Wingate, 1/15 v. Brevard and 2/5 v. Lincoln Memorial)…Notched a career high four rebounds two times (12/14 at Lenoir-Rhyne) and 12/18 v. Kentucky Wesleyan)

High School: A four-year player from Lafayette, Tenn. at Macon County High School, Brooks was an four-time all-district selection, a three-time all-district tournament selection, two-time all-region pick.  She earned all-state honors her senior season.  Brooks helped lead the Tigrettes to three District 9-AA championships, a pair of Region 5-AA championships and a pair of Sub-State championships.  Brooks saw the Tigrettes finish as the 2A state runners-up twice in her high school career. 

Personal: The daughter of Tony and Tracy Brooks.  Graduated fifth in her high school class and with honors.  Majoring in education at Carson-Newman.

Head Coach Mike Mincey on Brooks: "We saw her in the state tournament and were really impressed with her," Mincey said. "She brought so many things to the table that we just couldn't pass up on.  She's a point guard who has an ability to score."

ROCK HILL, S.C. – A trio of Carson-Newman Lady Eagles were honored by the South Atlantic Conference Thursday afternoon when the league announced its postseason accolades.
