2025: Indoor - Set one of the top times across Division II at the Finn Pincus Invitational in the 60m with a qualifying time of 7.41, but she placed second in the event finals at the meet. Placed second in the 60m at the VMI Invitational. Won the 60m at the Liberty Open. Had a podium finish in the 60m at the SAC Championships, coming in third with a 7.56. Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 12th in the preliminaries, her third consecutive year as an All-American in the indoor 60m dash. 

Outdoor Started the outdoor season winning both the 100m and 200m at the Lee University Invitational. At the SAC Championships, she came in seventh in the 100m, and was a part of the 4x100m relay team that placed fourth. 

2024: Indoor - Began the season, placing second in the 60m at the Bast-Cregger Multi Invitational. Earned back-to-back first-place finishes in the 60m at the VMI Invitational and VMI Winter Classic. Placed second in the 60m at the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. De Sousa repeated her performance in the 60m finals at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a fifth-place finish. 

Outdoor - Won the 100m event at the UNC-Asheville Bulldog Invitational before she set her new 100m PR at the Outdoor Music City Challenge hosted by Vanderbilt. De Sousa set a time of 11.38, the top qualifying time as the only Division II athlete in the event. She placed third in the 100m at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Set a new 200m PR at the LR Last Chance Meet, winning the event with a time of 24.34. Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 100m. 

2023: Indoor - De Sousa began her collegiate career with a second-place finish in the 60m at the Bast-Cregger Multi Invitational. Then placed first in the 60m in back-to-back events at the VMI Winter Classic and VMI Invitational. Placed second in the 60m and fifth in the 200m in the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. Set PR in the 60m in the finals of the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 7.37 for fifth place in her first year in an Eagle uniform. 

Outdoor - Earned a first-place finish at the Trojan Opener in the 200m. Placed second in the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships 100m event. Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 100m.
