2021: Indoor - Competed in the 400 meter and 800 meter runs during the indoor track & field season. Finished sixth in the 400 meter run at the Run As Fast As You Can Meet with a personal best time of 54.99 seconds. Season-high 20th place finish in the 800 meter run at the Buccaneer Invitational with a personal best time of 2:08.68.

2021: Outdoor - Competed in the 1500 meter and 800 meter runs and the javelin during the 2021 outdoor season. Set a personal best in the 800 meter run at the 2021 SAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:01.68. Season-high ninth place finish in the 800 meter at the LR Bears Open with a time of 2:03.41. Finished 15th in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:19.06 and seventh in the javelin throw with a toss of 34.50 meters at the Montreat Final.

PERSONAL: Son of Amanda Henry. Intends to major in Exercise Science and Sports Management. Will also compete on the Eagles cross country team.
