Spring 2021 (Senior): Played in all but two sets in her final season at Mossy Creek... Put a bow on her career ranked third on the school's all-time block assists list with 351 and fifth all-time in total blocks with 381... Posted at least five kills six times led by a season-high 13 hitting .379 at Mars Hill on March 20... In her final match at Holt Fieldhouse, Parnell recorded four total blocks in a sweep of Limestone in the SAC Tournament quarterfinals.

2019 (Junior): Once again displaying her blocking prowess, Parnell finished third in America with 159 total blocks and ninth in blocks per set with 1.31 leading the league in both areas… She reset the school’s single-season record for block assists with 154… Her total block figure is fourth in C-N history and her blocks per set is good for fifth… Led the team in rejections 15 times with a career-high 5.5 against Lincoln Memorial on Sept. 24… Had at least three total rejections in a dozen outings tallying 14 total over seven postseason outings… Had five kills on six swings at Coker on Sept. 27.

2018 (Sophomore): Playing in all 29 matches, Parnell led the team in sets played at 106… Finished the year with nine solo blocks and 135 block assists while ranking seventh in the NCAA with 1.36 rejections per set...Her 135 block assists were behind Nikki James's, the school's leader in blocks, 136 from 2010 for the top mark since 2000. Her 144 total blocks and 1.36 blocks per set put her fourth for a single season behind three campaigns by James… Notching a career-high five blocks against Tusculum on Oct. 23, she became the first Eagle to record at least five rejections since Morgan Harlan notched six against Augusta on Oct. 14, 2017, a span of 35 matches and 375 days. Parnell also had 11 kills and five digs in the match… Led the team in blocks 21 times.

2017 (Freshman): Played in 22 matches with one outing in double-digit kills while leading the team in blocks eight times…Finished third on the roster in total blocks…Her best outing came in the SAC Quarterfinals with 15 kills while hitting .323…Piled up a season-high four solo blocks at Lander on Oct. 13…Had six block assists and a solo rejection at USC Aiken on Oct. 14.

HIGH SCHOOL: In four years at St. Pius X High School in Atlanta, Parnell racked up a .400 hitting percentage with 457 total kills and 278 blocks. The middle was a member of the 4-AAAA All-State team as a senior after being named the area player of the year. Parnell was named to the all-area team during her junior and senior seasons. The Atlanta native won a state title in 4A as a freshman while finishing runner-up as a junior and fourth in her final year.
