2017-18: CSCAA Scholar All-America. Postma collected the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Swimmer of the Week for her performance at the UT Mid-Season Invitational against Division I talent.

- 50 Freestyle (The time of 23.07 seconds is a new lifetime best and the second-lowest time in program history)

2016-17: All-American and two-time Honorable Mention All-American...Was part of C-N 200 free relay team that earned All-American recognition ...Also gained Honorable Mention status in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay...Was named all-conference in the 200 and 400 free relays and the 200 and 400 medley relays...Totaled four victories on the year and was a member of eight triumphant relay teams.

2015-16: Two-time Honorable Mention All-American in the 200 and 400 Free Relay... Three-time All-BMC swimmer in the 50 Free, 200 Free Relay and 400 Free Relay... Member of the 200 and 400 Free Relays that reset the Carson-Newman record... Won 10 events during her debut season with three wins coming against the University of the Cumberlands and four wins in the 50 Free.
