Bio

2017: Boles raised her averaged signficantly in her second season in the orange and blue, batting .305 for the year with 51 appearances and 46 starts as a designated player, outfielder and third baseman. She tallied 39 hits in 128 at bats with 25 RBI. She pounded out five doubles and three home runs. Boles was one of just two Eagles in 2017 to hit two homers in one game. She did so against Benedict (2/17). That game, Boles collected 11 total bases, the second most in a single game in Carson-Newman history. She had her only career four-hit day against the Tigers. She also scored a career high three times, a feat she duplicated later in the year against Brevard (3/27). Defensively, Boles played error free on the year.

2016: Boles saw action as a designated player, third baseman and catcher in her freshman season. She appeared in 43 games and started 35 or the Eagles. Boles hit .215 for the year. She had 23 hits with 13 runs batted in to go along with four doubles and three dingers. She drove in multi runs on three occasions with three-RBI performances against Augusta (2/19), and Queens (3/18). She drove in two runs against Mars Hill (3/21). She had five, two-hit performances on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Another Gibbs Eagle who played for Carol Mitchell and helped Gibbs to a 2012 Class 2AA TSSAA State title, a fifth place finish in 2013 and a runner up in 2014. Boles batted .444 with 21 homers in her junior year. She has 123 runs batted in in her career with a .460 on-base percentage. She's earned multiple all-district, all-KIL, all-Prep Xtra and all-state accolades in her high school career.

PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Kenneth and Wendy Boles. She chose Carson-Newman over East Carolina and Coastal Carolina.
