Bio
2025 (Junior): Nielsen scored one goal during her junior year, scoring in a home-opening win over North Greenville on Sept 6. She played in 15 games and made three starts. Three of her 10 shots were on goal. Only attempted two shots in the final nine games of the season. PLayed 50 minutes or more in five games.
2023 (Freshman): Starting eight of the final nine games of the season, Nielsen was an impactful freshman for Simon Duffy’s NCAA tournament team. The forward scored three goals and added one assist. Her first collegiate goal came in her first collegiate game, a 5-3 rout of North Greenville on Aug 31. Nielsen’s third and final goal of the year helped start a comeback against Anderson in the SAC Quarterfinals on Nov 4th. Half of her 30 shots were on target this season.
