JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Carson-Newman Football Hype Video promoting Carson-Newman's upcoming season has been named a finalist for Best Hype Video by Hero Sports.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Carson-Newman Football Hype Video promoting Carson-Newman's upcoming season has been named a finalist for Best Hype Video by Hero Sports.
The video, produced by Director of Athletic Communications Adam Cavalier, is inspired by the Eagles' theme for this year - Believe.
The winner will be chosen by fan vote, which is open through Aug. 4 at 1 p.m. Fans are encouraged to vote at the link: http://bit.ly/herohypevid
Winners will be formally announced on Monday, Aug. 7, on Twitter
The other finalists are from Grand Valley State, Marshall University, Ashland, South Dakota State, North Dakota State, Jackson State, Knox College and South Dakota.
