Bio

2012 (Cisco Junior College0: Hudson comes to Carson-Newman after transferring in from Cisco Junior College.  In his only year at Cisco, the 6-2, 215-pound signal caller passed for 938 yards and nine touchdowns and just two interceptions.  His best game came in a 24-19 loss to Garden City Community College where he tossed for 302 yards and a score, completing 32 of his 58 passes.

High School: In an injury-shortened senior season at Rockwall-Heath high school.  Hudson completed 58 percent of his passes for 574 yards and eight touchdowns while also rushing for 311 yards.  He had one 100-yard passing, 100-yard rushing game in his senior season.  He went 13-of-19 through the air for 135 yards and two TDs and rushed 10 times for 147 yards in a 40-36 victory over Wakeland.  Rated as a two-star recruit out of high school by Scout.com

Personal: Hudson is the son of Randy and Sheila Hudson; his father played football at the University of North Texas.  Hudson was also recruited by Tarleton State, SMU, UNT and Houston.  He plans to major in business/finance at Carson-Newman.
