Bio

Prior to Carson-Newman: Bible initially attended the University of Texas out of high school before spending a year at Cisco Junior College. 

High School: In high school at John H. Guyer, he earned all-state honors twice, all-area first team honors twice, and first-team all-district honors three times as a defensive tackle.  He made PARADE's All-America High School Football Team and was a second-team EA SPORTS All-America selection.  In 2010 he played in the Under Armour All-America Game.  Out of high school, Bible was a member of Rivals' top 100 and ESPNU's top 150 national prospects - ranked as the best defensive tackle and 14th-best overall prospect by ESPNU and ninth-best defensive tackle by Rivals.  Was rated a four-star recruit by both Rivals and Scout.com. At Guyer High School, Bible tallied 219 tackles, 11 sacks, 70 TFL, 52 pressures, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries over his final three seasons.  In his senior season, he recorded 107 tackles, five sacks, 23 TFL, 24 pressures, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries while helping Guyer reach the 4A Div. I state semifinals.

Personal: Born in Decatur, Texas, Bible is the son of JoAnna Wright.  He plans to major in sociology/psychology.
