2025: Indoor - Placed third in both the high jump, 1.50m, and triple jump, 10.93m, at the VMI Team Challenge. She would match her high jump mark at the Liberty Open to finish third once again. At the JDL Team Challenge, she ran in 60m for the first time and took ninth with a time of 8.47, and also finished third in the high jump, 1.52m, and second in the triple jump, 11.16m. At the SAC Indoor Championships, she claimed 12th in the high jump and 10th in the triple jump. 

Outdoor - Opened the season with a second-place finish in the triple jump, 11.16m, at the Lee University Invitational, and was also fourth in the high jump. She had her longest mark on the triple jump at the Tennessee Invite, 11.41m. During the App State Open, she set her PR with a 1.56m high jump to win the event, and was also fifth in the triple jump. At the SAC Outdoor Championships, Whitehead placed ninth in the high jump, totaling 1.55m.  

 

2024: Indoor - Competed in high jump and triple jump during the indoor season. Set her PR in the high jump with a height of 1.52m at the VMI Invitational. 

Outdoor - Placed tenth at the LR Bears Open in the javelin throw with a distance of 21.72m. She placed third in the high jump at the Montreat College Open. Set a new PR in the triple jump en route to a seventh-place finish at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 11.52m. 

 

HIGH SCHOOL: Set PRs of five feet in the high jump, 34 feet, and two inches in the triple jump in high school. She was a sectional qualifier and placed fifth at sectionals in 2023.

EMORY, Va. – After two days filled with perseverance and strong performances, the Carson-Newman track and field teams both finished in the top four. The men’s side claimed third with 95.5 points, while the women’s took fourth, missing out on third by just one point, 88 points.

Another week of Carson-Newman track and field testing itself against premier athletes from around the country. The Eagles sent their top athletes to the Georgia Tech Invitational, and once again, more school records fell.

After a week off for a majority of the team, Carson-Newman outdoor track and field did not have to travel too far to get back in action. The Eagles kicked off day one at the Tennessee Invite in Knoxville and the Scots Invitational, hosted by Maryville Invitational.
