ALLENDALE, Mich. – Carson-Newman track and field freshman Tanner Stepp (Jefferson City, Tenn.) finished in ninth place in the high jump at the NCAA outdoor track and field championships Saturday afternoon at Grand Valley State’s track and field complex.
