2019 (Freshman): Played one set apiece against USC Aiken on Sept. 6 and at UVa-Wise on Nov. 1.
HIGH SCHOOL: Finished high school career with 1,082 kills and 265 career blocks as a captain leading the team with the highest kill and block percentages... Three-time all-county selection capped by a first team nod as a senior... Helped team win state championships in 2016 and 2017... A member of the National Honors Society, Ieremia was the President of Fellowship of Christain Athletes - FCA... Graduated Art Magnet AP/Honors - Awarded Top Artist Program.
PERSONAL: Father, Hugo, played football at Carson-Newman in the early 1990s winning the Jacobs Blocking Trophy in 1994 as the SAC's best blocker. He was a Southeast High School All-American and chosen by Street and Smith as one of the top 25 prospects in the nation. Hugo was a conference weight lifting champion Spruce Creek High School in Florida... Uncle, Noah Wilbanks, also played football at C-N.
