2024: Goodwin appeared in two games, tallying her first career hit against Wheeling (Mar. 10).  

2023: Goodwin appeared in one game for C-N, going 0-for-1 in a pinch-hit at-bat against Shorter (Feb. 12).  

HIGH SCHOOL: An all-district selection as a senior, Goodwin batted .390 with a .477 on-base percentage.  She started all four years of her high school career. 

PERSONAL: The daughter of Lauren and Adam Goodwin, she plans to study exercise science at Carson-Newman. In high school, she was a member of Beta Club and National Honors Society. Also a member of the JROTC program for all four years of her high school career. She received many community service awards with 200+ community service hours.

Softball earns EASTON/NFCA Team GPA award, 13 Eagles garner All-America Scholar Athlete honors

LOUSIVILLE, Ky. – Carson-Newman’s softball program carried the 31st –best team GPA in NCAA Division II and 13 players were recognized with EASTON/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete honors, the NFCA announced Tuesday.
