ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Carson-Newman head softball coach Vickee Kazee-Hollifield was inducted into the South Atlantic Conference Hall of Fame in a ceremony at the Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, N.C. at the conference’s annual meeting.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Carson-Newman leftfielder Kelli Hensley (Knoxville, Tenn.) and third baseman Sara Kelley (Ooltewah, Tenn.) were both lauded Tuesday morning with Daktronics’ All-Region accolades. Hensley landed on the first team, Kelley on the second team.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman senior first baseman Caitlyn Lance (East Ridge, Tenn.) has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team. Lance becomes the third C-N athlete to make an all-district team this academic year following C-N football’s William Alderman and Curt Duncan.
