Bio
2020-2021: Houghton holds the fifth-fastest program time in the men's 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:11.49. Won the men's 1000-yard freestyle in a time of 10:03.76 in his season debut for C-N. Finished second in the men's 100-yard freestyle against Milligan and was part of the second-place men's 400-yard freestyle relay. Swam in multiple events for C-N.
High School: Finished 5th in 2019 GA Short Course State in 1000 Free and 7th at 2019 GA Short Course State in 500 Free. 4-year Varsity Letterman. Received The Gold Award (outstanding swimmer) from Chattahoochee Gold Swim Club in his junior year.
Personal: Son of John and Gena Houghton. Intends to major in Communications/Marketing at Carson-Newman.
