2017-18: The men's side of Jon LancasterNikola TadicCaleb Howell & Marcelo Figueiredo broke a school record by a whole three seconds with a time of 6:36.82 at the NCAA Championships. For the 400-yard individual medley, Jon Lancaster made the 'B' final and swam a time of 3:58 which was good for 11th in the country at the BMC Championships, the same day record a time of 6:40.77 in the 800-yard freestyle relay, Lancaster, Tadic, Howell and Figueiredo set a school record beating the previous time by a whole two seconds.

UT Mid-Season Invitational:

200-yard Individual Medley - 1:49.25 (5th best time in the nation)

400-yard Individual medley - 3:58.14 (Season-best)

200-yard backstroke: 1st in 'C' final at 1:50.01 (season-best, beat out swimmers from Duke and UNC)

 

2016-17: Honorable Mention All-American in the 200 free relay...Captured the Male Swimmer of the Meet award at the BMC Championships, where he set a school record in the 400 I.M. with a time of 3:57.12 and was also an all-conference selection in the 400 I.M., the 200 I.M. and the 1000 free...Set new program records in the 200 free with a mark of 1:38.81 at nationals and in the 100 I.M. with a time of 52.05 in Cincinnati...Logged eight victories in six different races, collecting wins in the 500 free, 100 back, 200 I.M., 100 I.M. and two each in the 200 free and 200 back.

2015-16: All-BMC honors in the 1000 Free... Reset four Carson-Newman records during his freshman season in the 500, 1000 and 1650 Free and the 400 Individual Medley... BMC Swimmer of the Week... Recorded eight wins on the year with two coming against Bellarmine (500 Free and 400 Free Relay), three against Limestone (500 Free, 1000 Free and 200 Back) and the final three against the University of the Cumberlands (200 Free, 500 Free and 400 Free Relay)... Held the team's top-time in five events.

High School: As a Heritage General, Lancaster was the Georgia State Champion in the 500 Free and runner-up in the 200 Free with times that qualify him as an All-American... Named first team All-State... Holds the Southeastern Swimming record in the as a member of the 800 Free Relay... Member of Heritage High School’s National Honor Society, Beta Club and he will graduate with the highest honors possible...
