2022: Walton appeared in seven games with one start for C-N. He made six tackles, had a pick and broke up two passes. Half of his tackles came in his only start - at West Georgia (Sept. 1). He picked off a pass to clinch a win over No. 9 Newberry on Oct. 1.

Prior to Carson-Newman: Played one spring season and the 2021 fall season at Erskine College in Due West, SC. Recorded the first interception in program history.

High School: Started at corner back for Carvers Bay for all four years of high school. Was named team captain his senior season.

Personal: Son of Nichelle Walton and Stanley Walton Jr. Graduated high school with a 3.7 GPA and was a member of the Beta Club, National Honors Society and Robotics Team. Chose C-N over South Carolina State, Mississippi Valley State, Newberry, and Shorter. Intends to major in Graphic Design.
