2019: Lost all of his playing weight as soon as the season ended.  He helped clear the way for an offense that ranks fifth in the country in rushing with 292.7 yards per game, 25th in scoring in 36.8 points per game and 39th in total offense at 417.3 yards per game. Started all 12 games at left tackle.  The Carson-Newman Athletic Communications Office's favorite lovable goofball.  

2018: Known for greeting people with a dusky, "How you doin'" ala' Joey Lawrence from Friends, Wilson started the first four games of the year on the offensive line before wrapping up the year with appearances in five of Carson-Newman's final seven games. He helped guide Carson-Newman's rushing attach to a nation's best average of 347.4 yards per game. 

2017: Affectionately earned the nickman Strap for his chinstrap beard and facial hair. Started all 11 games on the offensive line for the Eagles.  He helped pave the way for Carson-Newman's offense to rank second in the league with 409 yards per game gained, including a league-best 275 yards on the ground.  The Eagles ranked in the top 10 nationally in yards rushing. He had a quintet of multi-knockdown efforts culminating with a four knockdown day against Lenoir-Rhyne.  He finished the year with 14 knockdowns and a streak of 165 consecutive plays without a mental mistake. 

2016:  Appeared in two games with a start against Mars Hill before a hamstring injury ended his freshman season.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Dillon Wilson is an offensive lineman from Bluffton High School in Bluffton, S.C. He was a first-team All-Region lineman for the Bobcats as well as a first-team All-Area selection. Wilson participated in the 2016 North/South Bowl Game. He was coached by Ken Cribb and Don Somma.

PERSONAL: Wilson is the son of Gretchen Farsaci and will study Business. His father, Kurt Wilson, was a captain of the 1990 University of South Carolina football team, his stepfather, David Farsaci, pitched for the Kansas City Royals and his grandfather, Don Somma, was a captain for the 1967 University of South Carolina football team.
