2013: Became the first Carson-Newman wide receiver under Ken Sparks since Darren Hughes in 1990 to catch eight passes in a game, Eubanks did so against both North Greenville (10/26) and Shorter (10/12).  He finished the year with 23 catches for 390 yards and two scores.  Both his touchdowns came in the opener against Wayne State (9/5).  Set a career high and became the first C-N wideout with more than 100 yards receiving in two years with 138 yards through the air at North Greenville.  Nearly had a trio of 100 yard receiving games, had 97 yards against Wayne State and 95 against Shorter.  Long reception of 63 yards came against Wayne State.  Only played in seven games because of injury, but his 3.23 receptions per game ranks second among players in the Ken Sparks era.

2012: Finished as C-N's third leading receiver after starting one and appearing in all 12 of C-N's games.  Had eight catches for 139 yards.  Averaged 17.4 yards a catch and 19.9 yards a game.  Got his lone start of the year against Newberry.  Had a season best two grabs for 44 yards in a homecoming win over North Greenville (10-13).  Snared a pair of passes for 33 yards in a national TV game against Wingate (9/27).  Long reception of 28 yards came against the Wolves.  

2011: Finished the season as team’s second-leading receiver with 12 catches for 226 yards… Had three catches for 76 yards with a long of 49 against UNC Pembroke (10/22).

HIGH SCHOOL: While at Pendleton, Eubanks led the Upstate South Carolina tri-county area in interceptions... won the Touchdown Club award for Offensive Player of the Week for Anderson County, S.C....Voted “Most Athletic” in school....Received “Bob Scott Future Football” Award....Played football, basketball, track and soccer in highschool, lettering in all but soccer.... was named to South Carolina Region 1-AA All Region Track Team.... earned “Most Valuable Field” Award.... placed second in the long jump at the class AA Upper State Championship... Finished second in the long jump and triple jump at Golden Corner Invitation... in basketball led his team in three point field goal and field goal percentage.... named Best Defender on high school team
