High School: Rated as the 45th best prospect in South Carolina by MaxPreps.com, Commodore carried the ball for 1,200 yards and 19 touchdowns his senior season. He also caught nine balls for 161 yards and a score for Fort Dorchester High School. Named Fort Dorchester's offensive back of the year. A North-South all-star game participant and MVP of that game. An all-region selection.
