HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Cain Ridge High School in Antioch, Tenn., where he was coached by Greg Abner. Played football and was also part of the track and wrestling teams. Was a two-time All-City selection and a two-time All-District selection. Graduated with honors from Cain Ridge.
