2025: Indoor - Set a PR in shot put in her first meet of the season, the VMI Invitational, finding a distance of 9.31m. Qualified for the South Atlantic Indoor Track and Field Championships and finished in 28th, with an 8.26m shot put.
Outdoor - Competed in the shot put in two events. Placed ninth in the King University Invitational with a distance of 8.27m, added a 13th-place finish at the Maryville Scots Invitational, with a 7.46m shot put.
2024: Indoor - Shannon exclusively competed in the shot put event, setting her former PR at the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 8.46m.
Outdoor - Shannon came close to setting a new PR when she hit a distance of 8.41m at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships placing 26th.
2023: Outdoor - Competed in three meets, all in shot put. Shannon set her top distance at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 7.59m.
