Bio
2025: Indoor - During the indoor season, he ran in four events. His quickest time on the year in the mile came at the VMI Invitational, with a 5:07:17. He also ran a 2:13.52 at the Liberty Open in the 800m.
Outdoor - Set a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:07.41 at the Lee University Invitational. Reached the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running a 2:21.96 in the 800m.
2024: Indoor - Began season with a personal best in the 800 meters, setting a time of 2:10.41. Later set a PR in the mile at the VMI Invitational, earning a time of 4:47.38.
Outdoor - In the meet before the SAC Championships, set a PR in the 1500 meters at 4:25.59 at the Catamount Classic, later placing 23rd at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
NOTES: Also competes for Carson-Newman Cross Country.
