2023: Indoor - Borden contributed to a first-place finish in the distance medley relay during the VMI Invitational. The team finished the race in 10:27.92. He also placed fourth in the mile in 4:31.17. 

Outdoor - At the Finn Pincus Invitational, Borden ran a personal best in the 3,000 (9:14.42) for an eighth-place finish. He placed 10th in the mile in 4:33.29.
