2023: Indoor - Connell placed first in the high jump at the Bast Cregger-Multi Invitational (1.98 m), VMI Invitational (2.02 m), DII Indoor Track & Field Pre-Nationals (2.00 m), and SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2.06 m).
Outdoor - Placed second at the Trojan Opener with a 2.00-meter high jump. Won gold at the 2023 SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a 2.02-meter mark.
2022: Indoor - Connell grabbed three second-place finishes in the high jump throughout the season before winning gold in the event at the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a 2.02-meter mark.
Outdoor - Placed first in the high jump at the Montreat College Invitational (2.00 m), Flames Invitational (1.98 m), Electric City Invitational (2.05 m), LR Outdoor Invite (2.00 m), and SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (2.00 m).
