2023: Indoor - During the Finn Pincus Invitational, Boya placed fourth in the 60-meter dash in 6.95. He ran a personal best in the 60 during the 2023 SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in 6.82 seconds during the prelims. He went on to place fourth in the event with a finals time of 6.85.
Outdoor - Boya ran a leg of the winning 4x100-meter relay during the Trojan Opener. The team finished in 39.87. He placed fourth in the 200-meter dash in 21.72 and fifth in the 100 in 10.63. Boya attended the 2023 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays where he completed the 100 in 10.41 for an 18th-place finish. At the Georgia Invitational, Boya was on the winning 4x100 relay team where the Eagles finished in 39.66. He ran a personal best in the 400 during the 2023 SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, winning gold in the event in 46.74. At the 2023 NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Boya's 4x100 relay team finished second to earn All-American honors. The quartet finished the race in 39.33.
2022: Indoor - Boya placed sixth in the 400-meter dash at the 2022 South Atlantic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships. He had three top-5 finishes on the season.
Outdoor - Boya contributed to a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay during the Lee Invitational. At the Montreat College Invitational, he finished third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.90. Boya also ran a leg of the Eagles' winning 4x100-meter relay where the team finished in 40.90. He took part in the 4x400 relay, placing third in 3:29.50. During the Flames Invitational, Boya ran with teammates PJ Lotharp, Makanakaishe Charamba, and Tshenelo Lemao in the 4x100. The quartet won gold in 40.99 to provisionally qualify for nationals. Boya won the 400 in 47.65 at the Electric City Invitational and second in the 100 at the Outdoor Music City Challenge in 10.30. At the 2022 SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Boya placed second in the 100 (10.41) and 200 (21.06), reaching a new personal best time in the 200. His 4x100 team won gold at the championships. During the 2022 NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Boya ran a personal best in the 100-meter dash prelims in 10.40 before placing sixth in the finals in 10.56, making him an All-American. The 4x100 team placed third to gain All-American status as well.
Personal: Competed at Lee University from 2019-2021. Named to USTFCCCA All-Region team in 2019, and a 2019 USTFCCCA All-American.
