2021-22 (Senior): Byrd puts the bow on her career by being named to an all-conference team for the fourth year in a row joining Jackson as the only two players in school history to be on four different of the top three All-SAC rosters. The only other player in program history to be honored four times was Shari Buford who was on the all-freshman team, one second-team honor and two first-team nods.Named a preseason All-SAC selection for the third time in her career landing on the second team... Leaves Carson-Newman ranked No. 14 in career scoring (1,266) and 10th in both three-pointers made (129) and three-point percentage (.359)... Overall, Byrd played in 132 games starting 74 making 47 percent of her shots from the field with 63 games in double figures, five double-doubles and six affairs with at least 10 boards...Became the 29th player in program history to crest 1,000 points for a career burying a triple with less than a minute to play in the first quarter at UVA Wise on Dec. 8 finishing with 14 points on six of seven shooting... Nearly posted a triple-double with 16 points and career highs of 18 rebounds and eight assists against Mars Hill on Dec. 15... Tallied a season-high 19 points on 9-for-11 shooting with seven rebounds and seven assists in a 105-54 win at Queens on Feb. 14...Posted her third double-double of the season in a win at Mars Hill tallying 10 points and 12 rebounds adding five assists... In the SAC Quarterfinals against UVA on March 2, the senior posted a season-high 24 points adding nine rebounds and six assists... Made all five of her shots from the floor in the SAC Championship game against Anderson on March 6 scoring 10 points adding seven rebounds... In an NCAA opening round win over Wingate, Byrd led the team with seven assists adding 15 points and six boards.

2020-21 (Senior): Byrd secured a spot on the second team for the third postseason plaudit in her career after being an honorable mention selection in each of the last two years. The senior was one of five players to ever earn distinction from the SAC three times in a career joining Leah Jackson (four-time first-team pick), Heather Ford (three), Shari Buford (three) and Kayla Marosites (three). On the year, she filled up the stat sheet with 11 points per game, 6.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists totaling 19 steals and 14 blocks. She scored in double figures eight times posting her best night in the SAC Quarterfinals on Monday with 20 points, her fifth career 20-point night, on 8-for-12 shooting with 4-for-6 accuracy from deep. The Music City native led the team in rebounding four times and assists three times posting eight nights with three or more assists, two with three-plus steals and four games with three triples.

2019-20 (Junior): An honorable mention All-SAC pick for a second straight season played 20 minutes per night in 28 games as the team’s top option off of the bench… Produced 14 double-digit scoring efforts including a pair with at least 20… Dropped 21 points and nine rebounds in a road win at No. 21 Lander on Nov. 9… Went 9-for-12 from the floor scoring a season-high 22 points against Queens on Jan. 11… Tallied a career-high six assists in the SAC Quarterfinals against Lenoir-Rhyne on March 4… In the final 21 games of the year, Byrd posted 10 points per night with 11 double-digit scoring efforts making 51 percent of her shots from the field.

2018-19 (Sophomore): Earned honorable mention All-SAC honors after tripling her scoring average from her freshman season scoring 12 points per game… Produced double-digit scoring efforts 20 times including a string of 13 in-a-row from Nov. 10 through Jan 9. She scored a career-high 25 points in 31 minutes at Columbus State on Nov. 25 going 11-for-17 from the floor. Nearly a month later, she went 9-for-11 from the field and six of seven from long range to score 24 points at Shorter on Dec. 29… Ranked sixth in the SAC in field-goal percentage at 48 percent and eighth in field goals made with 144… Secured her first-career double-double with 10 points and a career-high 11 rebounds on Feb. 13 at No. 18 Anderson.

2017-18 (Freshman): Posted just under nine minutes in 23 games played as a rookie…Tallied three games with at least 10 points per game and three with three or more assists…In her debut in the first game of the year at USC Aiken on Nov. 10, Byrd scored 10 points on 4-for-7 shooting…Recorded a season-high 13 points on 5-for-8 in 14 minutes v. Mars Hill on Nov. 29…Racked up a season-high seven rebounds with 10 points at Mars Hill on Jan. 24.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named first-team All-State as a senior by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association...Averaged 14.7 points per game in her career hitting 52 percent of her shots 157 three-pointers, scoring 1,452 pts and hitting 79 percent from the line...As a Senior, she converted on 54 percent from the field hitting 104 from distance and scoring 556 points ...Reached the 1,000-point plateau as a junior leading the Wildcats to a 33-1 record...Three-time all-district and earned a spot on the all-region team as a junior...Byrd registered 14 points and four rebounds per game in 2015-16...Byrd posted 26 points on two occasions against Summit High and McGavock through the first five games on 2016-17...In a 56-27 win over Marshall County, she tallied 23 points and 10 rebounds.
