Charlie begins his seventh year as an Assistant Coach.

Munroe will work with the hitters and outfielders, as well as help with recruiting.

Munroe was a All-State performer in baseball at Newton High School (N.J.) as well as a standout wrestler. He attended Sussex Community College (NJ) and was named All-American as a designated hitter after his sophomore season.

A two year starter at first base for Carson Newman, Munroe batted .347 with a .487 on base percentage his first year with the Eagles in 2004. After a medical redshirt, Charlie was named 2nd team All-Conference, after hitting .372 with 41 RBI's and a league leading .497 on base percentage.

Charlie is a native of Newton, New Jersey, graduated with a degree in Physical Education in 2005 and received his Masters in Counseling from Carson Newman College in 2010.
