2023-2024: Bowling capped of last season being named selected to join the 2023-24 CSC Academic All-America Women’s Swimming and Diving Teams. In the South Atlantic Conference Championships, Bowling set seven personal best times across multiple events. In the meet at Berry College, she set a personal best and won gold in the 50-yard freestyle in 24.12. Against Mars Hill, Bowling earned first place in the 50-yard freestyle in 24.63 on the road. In the Mars Hill home meet, she finished second in the 100-yard freestyle in 53.16. In the season opening meet against Emory and Henry, she placed second in the 100-yard butterfly (1:02.84) and a personal best in the 50-yard freestyle (25.20). Bowling finished the year with six top-5 finishes and 11 personal best times on the season. 

2022-2023: Bowling snagged nine top-5 finishes during her freshman season with the Eagles, winning both the 50-yard freestyle and 50-short course meter freestyle events against Emory & Henry to open the season. She topped her personal best in the 100-yard backstroke three seperate times throughout the season, landing on a 58.49 finals time at the South Atlantic Conference Championships.

High School: Swam for the Knights under Ryan Klages. Ranked 3rd in swimming in the state of Alabama for class of 2022. 

Personal: Daughter of Frank and Gina Bowling. Intends to major in Interior Design at Carson-Newman.
