Milligan pulls out victory over Lady Eagles on the court
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn--Milligan College topped the Carson-Newman women’s tennis team by a final score of 8-1 Sunday evening at Carson-Newman.

"The Lady Buffaloes took two out of three doubles and never looked back," Carson-Newman head tennis coach Jean Love said.
The lone point for the Lady Eagles came at #3 doubles when Katie Brown (Douglasville, Ga.) and Megan Wilson (Maryville, Tenn.) defeated the team of Morelli/Burchfield by a score of 8-3.
Carson-Newman is now 1-1 on the 2012-2013 season.
The match concluded the nonchampionship segment of the season. The Lady Eagles take the court next in February 2013.
