NEWBERRY, S.C. - The Carson-Newman Lady Eagles basketball team (13-7, 7-6 South Atlantic Conference) fell to the Newberry Wolves (16-7, 8-5 South Atlantic Conference) by a 75-66 score at Eleazer Arena on Saturday afternoon. The Wolves closed out the contest on a 14-2 run, as the Lady Eagles dropped a conference road game for the first time since January 19.
