Eagles Get Past King on Saturday, 3-1

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Carson-Newman's Robert Hill (Middlesborough, England) recorded his second "hat trick" in three contests as the Eagles topped King College on Saturday afternoon, 3-1.

With the win, C-N improves to 10-3-1 overall, and has won its last six matches.

Hill had all three Eagle goals as C-N won for the second time out of conference play this week. The Eagles beat No. 12 Northern Kentucky on Wednesday night, 2-1.

Hill, a first team All-SAC selection in the preseason, had three goals last Saturday night in C-N's win over Wingate, 3-1.

The Eagles return to action on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. when they face Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tenn.
